Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) - provides employment and training services to adults, dislocated workers (including displaced homemakers) and young adults (ages 16 to 24).

 

Local policy may limit eligibility for intensive training services to public assistance recipients, low income individuals, or other identified target groups.
