The Dynamic Futures™ Program, operating at the Walworth County Job Center, leads young people, age 18-24, to transform their lives and earn a living wage by becoming ready to meet the needs of employers in the Southeast Wisconsin region.

 

The program helps youth in their path to self-discovery and supports them as they work toward their goals. The program enables youth to: earn recognized post secondary credentials, define personalized career pathways, and experience work-based learning. This way, these youth are ready for employment in advance of placement, and will be received as assets to hiring employers.
